Summer Fair
Photo coming
Our Summer Fair on Saturday 25th June was a great success, with the weather even holding out! A mix of stalls, games and prizes welcomed visitors, and the church was even open all day for people to look around and talk to our volunteers about.

Crafternoon.

We'd like to thank everyone who supported our Crafternoon on Saturday 7th May 2011, especially to all of our crafters who came and showed their skills.
We had woodturners, card makers, flower arrangers, proddy mat makers, hat makers, artists, Nia trainers and jewellery desingers from around the county and we all enjoyed a nice afternoon!

Spring Raffle.
Our main prizes were snapped up by the lucky winners in our Spring Raffle which raised St. Peter's just under £200. Thanks to everyone who took part.

Winter snowman competition.

Our winner, above, was crowned our Best Snowman Maker 2010 by our judges!
Well done!

Christmas Carol Service.

Our carol service was well received, led by Father Martin Vaizey and broadcast by Auckland Hospital Radio to Bishop Auckland Hospital. Big thank you to every one who came and braved the cold!

Christmas Craft Fair.

Our craft fair was held on 27th November and welcomed many stall holders from around the area. Despite the weather, we enjoyed a successful day, with St Peter's raising £200 for its funds.

MacMillan Coffee Morning and Harvest Festival.

When we started Harvest Festival this year, we could only imagine how generous local shops would be. The event could not have been any better. We had many people visiting our harvest festival celebrations in the church, but if you missed it check out our photo album! Again, the PCC would like to say thank you not only to everyone who attended but to the volunteers and shops who made it possible.

We also raised £111.10 for MacMillan Cancer Support on the first day of our harvest festival celebration through our well supported coffee morning.

We'd like to thank everyone who helped our, attended or publicised our table top fair on Saturday 21st August.

The weather was definitely on our side as people enjoyed a cup of tea and browsed the stalls in our hall, whilst the church was open to visitors to have a look around.

The P.C.C. is really grateful to everyone who got involved and enjoyed seeing so many people looking around the church and chatting to visitors.
